Bauerfeind’s new GenuTrain P3 support does a better job of aligning and tracking the patella. Innovative product components work together to counteract lateral drifting of the patella, to secure and relieve it, reducing the pain.
 
Features
GenuTrain P3 is an active knee support for improved patella control. New knitting concept: particularly stretchy, breathable and moisture dissipating for excellent wearing comfort, especially in the area behind the knee. A special, non-irritative weave is incorporated in the critical area behind the knee. The seam is at the side and prevents pressure points in the popliteal area. The new anatomically shaped silicone insert provides secure positioning and enhances the wearing comfort. The kinetically integrated guide is located laterally at the edge of the patella. Two friction points are located on the distal section of the silicone insert. Proximal extension of the silicone insert up to the vastus medialis muscle. A crescent-shaped medial patella cover is integrated into the patella recess. There is a tension-relieving silicone insert at the top edge of the support.
